PEDALBOARDS
CORY PIERCE
Browne T4 > SP Compressor ( stays off 90 % of the time ) > RC Booster > Browne Amplification Protein > JHS Bonzai > Micro POG > Mini Polytune ( dry out of Micro POG ) > Dunlop Volume pedal ( Effect out of Micro POG ) > Waza Craft Vibrato VB-2 > QUAD Cortex > TC Electronic Chorus Pedal ( effects loop mono send ) > Line 6 DL4 > Strymon Timeline > Strymon Big Sky > Boss PN-2 Tremolo / Pan > HX Stomp ( stereo return back to QUAD Cortex ) > QUAD Cortex Output
Essentially my guitar goes through all of my analog mono effects , then goes to the input of the quad cortex . The signal goes through a few more mono effects inside the quad , like tremolo , pitch shift , compression , eq , etc - then it hits the fx loop send where it leaves the quad and goes through all of my stereo pedals . Then comes back to the quad , hits my digital amps ( or real amps if the situation calls for it ) and lastly hits a pair of stereo delays and reverbs inside the quad .
Sounds complicated but it ’ s been so helpful to have all of these options at my disposal , especially for recording albums that need diverse sounds and so have to find the right tone quickly .
I hope this is helpful and maybe inspired some people to try out a few things ! Thanks !
