FIRST STEPS WITH IMMERSIVE AUDIO
If you are interested in experiencing Immersive Audio for yourself , I recommend two options :
1 ). Immersive audio on your mobile device With your mobile device and earbuds in hand , sign up for a free Apple Music trial membership . Navigate to the Spatial Audio playlists in the app . Listen to tracks across several genres . Close your eyes and listen to the sounds above , behind and around you .
2 ). Immersive audio in the theater If there is a movie theater nearby that has upgraded to Dolby Vision , then you can experience films released in Dolby Atmos . While watching the film , listen for instances of the sound effects and music sources moving above , behind and around you .
