the 2022 release of my album entitled “ This is the Day !“, featuring worship leaders from twelve surrounding nations singing well-known worship songs in their own languages .
Many who follow the European worship scene said this had not been done before , but it was a successful project . The album was nominated for a Porin Award , in the category of ‘ The Best Contemporary Worship Music Album of the Year ’. This is the Croatian version of a Grammy .
Europe is very rich in culture and diversity , in languages and customs . But it is rare for example , to see Hungarian artists perform in Austria , or Austrians perform in Croatia . However , our event in Pula brought together both artists and audience from many nations creating a heavenly sound that filled the arena , the surrounding streets and the city .
Hillsong UNITED played well-known songs from their rich catalogue , such as : ‘ From the Inside Out ’, ‘ Hosanna ’, ‘ The Stand ’, ‘ What a Beautiful Name ’, and some from their latest album . The high point of their set was the song ‘ Oceans ’. To hear it sung at this arena , which
