My pedalboard is designed for simplicity and versatility, allowing me to move from smooth overdrive to rich, atmospheric echoes. At its core is the BBE Green Screamer, a vintage-style overdrive that delivers warm, tube-like grit with a pronounced midrange. Its Level, Tone, and Gain controls let me shape the drive from a subtle boost to full, creamy overdrive, making it ideal for edgeof-breakup tones and adding character to my amp. The pedal responds dynamically to picking intensity and guitar volume, giving me expressive control without harshness. For delay textures, I rely on the G-Lab Smooth Delay SD-1, a highly versatile pedal capable of producing lush, tape-inspired repeats. Its smooth function softens the echoes for a natural, analog feel. With Time, Feedback, Level, and Bass / Treble controls, plus tap-tempo functionality, I can dial in anything from tight slapback echoes to long, dreamy repeats, adding depth and rhythmic interest to my playing.
