As music ministers , we serve our church communities . We can only give what we already have received . As we lead people into the presence of Jesus , we must first be filled with His presence . A problem is that Jesus says that we will experience tribulation , distress and suffering . Then He tells us to be courageous , confident , and filled with joy because He has overcome the world . Like King David , we must learn how to strengthen ourselves in the Lord . Let ’ s talk about how to be encouraged and spiritually energized with power through His Spirit .
