pandemic . With the deluxe project we were able to have people in the building worshipping with us and you could feel the faith in the room . It ’ s our goal to encourage , to uplift , and to remind us all , that God ’ s in control and He ’ s bigger than anything we ’ re facing . [ WM ] And what about the songs themselves ? Are they all indigenous to Lakewood ?
[ Alexandra ] Yes , absolutely ! When we meet for songwriting sessions , we often bring ideas from the messages we ’ ve heard in church . The core themes of Lakewood always come out in our songs : hope , victory , overcoming obstacles , believing you are who God says you are . This is how one of my favorite songs came to life , “ Now I See ”. This song talks about seeing yourself how God sees you and believing you are valuable , created in His image , with purpose and destiny . The same with the song “ Unrivaled ”. It declares that nothing can stand against our God , and he has all power and can bring us into our destiny . These are declarations we hear at Lakewood in every service .

It helps us put our focus on who God is , and that ’ s when we find our strength , hope , and purpose again . It ’ s our prayer this song will help people as they are on their way to their miracle .
[ WM ] And what about one of the Tauren Wells ’ tracks , “ You Are My Life ”? I interviewed Tauren
