they go out the door . I love the connection that you have with your instruments . You have been doing this a long time now . Do you still get a sense of satisfaction when you see a musician playing your guitars ?
[ James ] Seeing someone play one of the guitars is always good . The day to day operation is tough . People think the job is so artistic or creative . It ’ s not . It ’ s manufacturing , challenges to solve , fires to put out , organization and management . At times , you feel like you are just making widgets . When I see some cat playing one of the guitars , it makes it all worthwhile .

in our magazine we have an interview with the talented worship leader and lead guitarist Tommy Walker . Tell us about Tommy from your point of view ?
[ James ] Tommy is a massive talent and a wonderful person to work with . As a guitar player , he can stand shoulder to shoulder with any of the greats . As a writer , the same . He is very prolific and has his own style . So much of Christian music these days is cookie cutter . It could all be coming from the same place , the same format , the same guitars , the same guitar tone and effects . Not so with Tommy , he is unique .
He is also an amazing worship leader . He really ministers to the congregation and leads worship in a powerful way . I was lucky enough to play in the worship band at Christian Assembly with Tommy for several years . He sets the bar very high with the musicians he works with .
