I will never forget your generous hospitality around the family table. Your homemade chai tea. Your children’ s laughter. I will never forget writing songs together in your Shining Rose studio- the creative sanctuary that served you so well.
I will never forget serving together on several tours across Canada and having some laughs about my upbeat, happy-clappy songs in contrast to your weighty, thoughtful ballads. You taught me much about lament through your words, your songs, and your life. Thank you for your deep friendship. Thank you for“ Refiner’ s Fire”,“ Faithful One”,“ Light The Fire Again” and a hundred more songs that pointed us all to Jesus. Until we meet again. Much love.
