[ Keith ] The livestream team is actually generally more the muscle for the video side of the operation . They will often shoot our audio team a text if something is poking out where it shouldn ’ t be , or not coming through where it should , but are otherwise somewhat at the mercy of the main audio desk – with some judicious authority with regards to the livestream send .
[ WM ] Lastly , what is the main mission that you tell your various Tech Teams ?
[ Keith ] Ultimately , we are there to glorify God and serve the body . We may not be delivering the sermon , or playing the music , but we are absolutely the vessels through which those ministries are delivering the gospel message and worship of the Lord . As such , Jesus said , “ anyone who gives even a cup of water in my name will not lose their reward ” ( Mt . 10:42 ), and I like my team to think of ourselves as those that deliver the water .
