there ’ s just something healing in that song , and a lot of people need to hear that . I need to hear that still .
[ WM ] So Andrew , you know that this is something that came to me , and I have never heard it preached , but the weapons of our warfare , our spiritual armor , in Ephesians , that same list is in Isaiah 59 . But there ’ s one additional piece of armor that ’ s not listed in Ephesians that is listed in Isaiah , and it ’ s called the cloak of zeal , Z-E-A-L .
And when you think about it , what does a cloak do ? It covers your backside , and who ’ s at your backside but your fellow believers , right ?
It ’ s your brothers and sisters , and so it ’ s your zeal that keeps you going because we all have stories where we ’ ve either been messed around by Christian businessmen or a church leader , and it ’ s a shame , but we ’ ve got to keep going .
[ Andrew ] That ’ s powerful , man . I ’ m going to look that up in Isaiah .

[ Martin ] Dude , that is an incredible question .
The first thing that came to mind when you mentioned just playing different types of venues with different types of people , you ’ ll probably find just a different demographic at a state fair than you will at a church .
There ’ s certain people that , for whatever reason , are kind of turned off by the church , but it ’ s beautiful that they ’ ll come to a Christian band or Christian concert at a state fair or just happen to walk by , and you catch their ear and have an opportunity to preach the gospel to them . And to your question , the first thing that I thought of that attracts all kinds of people to the gospel is just joy and contagiousness .
And so I think when we can do our best to reflect that on stage , which music I think is a real gift to us all that kind of glues us together , so sometimes , we ’ ll be on stage and just had a hard day relationally with each other , but there ’ s something about music where we ’ re all able
