BONUS CHALLENGE If you can play each of the exercises individually without timing errors , then challenge yourself to connect them in sequence without stopping . For example , you could try going from 1 OVER 1 to 2 OVER 1 to 3 OVER 1 to 4 OVER 1 and then back down in reverse order until you get back to
1 OVER 1 . You can predetermine a set number of iterations for each subdivision before you move to the next if you want to stretch it out or give yourself more time to digest each subdivision while you play .
For a greater challenge , keep adding more and more of the subdivisions until you can sequentially go from 1 OVER 1 all the way to 8 OVER 1 without stopping and without mistakes . If you want an even more challenging strategy , try connecting the different subdivision iterations
