4. FAMILY FIRST
I have always valued and enjoyed the pleasure
of seeing my wife and kids every day as well
as doing some handy projects around the
house. Don’t let the job of ministry worker
eclipse your personal responsibilities. Don’t
forget that you are a child of God first, a spouse
or parent, a brother or sister and a friend or
neighbor. Spending 20 hours on a new stage
set design may seem like an amazing and
important mission, don’t get blinded by your
own ambition. Find balance daily.
5. PEOPLE ARE AWESOME.
Yes, there are some bad apples in this world
too, but I have been reminded, during this time,
that most people are just simply fantastic. I
have seen so many humble people serve each
other, get involved in great causes and make
sacrifices in amazing ways. It reminds me how
grateful I am to serve these people!
