my computer and is one less thing to have
trouble with (or to remember). You can even
now connect more than one pok to have
added control options. The pok editor on the
computer has a simple layout and is super easy
to setup and sync with the pedal.
I mentioned that the pok was equally useful in
studio as it is on stage. I can use it to fire tracks
in Ableton Live during worship. I assign numbers
(1, 2, 3, etc) to each pedal on the pok and have
one of the pedals dedicated to the Space-bar
for a stop/start option. In Ableton’s session view,
I use the “key” control assignment to assign a
sequential number to each track I want to fire
and it’s ready to go. Check out the video I made
a few years ago that shows how easy it is to
control Ableton!
