[WM] Who are some of the Gretsch players who have most inspired and why? [Daniel] My Gretsch influences are George Harrison, Sean Ashby (Sarah McLachlan), The Edge, Todd Nichols (Toad The Wet Sprocket), Taylor Johnson, and Nigel Hendroff. [WM] What about Gretsch guitars makes them great for Worship music? [Daniel] I think people like them for that style because they have a great chimey top end which is good for lead lines. Then for rhythm parts, those pickups really are nice and fat. It’s a great sound! [WM] What are some of your favorite tracks that you cut using a Gretsch?
