[WM] From concept to finished product, how
long does an average guitar take?
[John] Five to eight months depending on the
shops work load and the individual build itself.
Some can be more complex. We build around
75-100 guitars each year.
[WM] What kind of woodwork were you doing
before you ever tried building a guitar?
[John] We have many wood workers in the
family, mostly building furniture or operating
their own saw mills. So I grew up around it.
Guitars are where it all started at for me. Since
buying our Camaster Stinger III CNC machine
back in early 2014, I've had some fun non-
guitar related side projects. I hope to continue
to try new things as time allows.
[WM] You offer a variety of wood options. Do
you have a favorite to work with?
[John] We do offer a wide range. If you can
think of it, we can mostly likely make it happen. I
