[Chris] What I like to do is look at what other
people are using, and look at that on YouTube
also. Line 6 does a great job with their videos,
they are very informative, and they explain how
you can use their pedals differently in different
environments. That’s where I learn to integrate
a lot of my guitar pedals with my Helix. So you
have a multi-effects pedal, but you also have
it integrated with analog pedals so you have a
hybrid setup. I love to do stuff like that because
you get the better of both worlds. Some things,
like particularly my drive pedal, I really like my
drive coming from an analog pedal, but then I
love the IR coming from the Helix, coming from
the actual cab simulator coming from the Helix.
So, I like to integrate both worlds and teach
that as well.
[WM] Tell us about your drive pedal?
[Chris] What I wanted to do was get with
a company who could work out a particular
drive pedal that I love. I really got into branding
