I appreciate the lightweight feeling of the
stageClix Jack V4
wireless transmitters. Plus, not having a weighty
body pack hanging on my strap or falling off
of my strap and jerking the endpin jack on my
guitar.
The transmitters are made of a polycarbonate
and steel housing. They each have a smooth
pivoting knuckle that makes it easy to fold back
against your instrument so that it’s not sticking
out awkwardly. There is a single lighted button
used for powering on and off and also used to
assign the channel for the V3 system because it
does not have an LED readout on the receiver.
The receivers have rugged steel chassis with
super easy-to-read LED screens. The screens
can invert colors so that the display shows a
white on black background creating less light
on stage. The transmitters charge and sync to
the system by plugging directly into the front
of the receiver for both the rack unit and the
pedal board unit. This makes it convenient not
to misplace such a small transmitter device and
also to keep it charged at the same time.
These are just two of the options with the new
5.8GHz systems. There are also mini-XLR and
XLR systems. Check them out on their site
