Roster Verification
ATTENTION COACHES
By appointment only. A coach from each team attending The Cheerleading and / or Dance Worlds must complete roster / music verification with a Worlds official. Proceed to your designated roster verification location at your scheduled time. BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT 1. Printed official Worlds roster, single-sided only 2. Compliance Cover Sheet & Club Summary- one for EACH team, not on per club, single-sided only 3. Club Release Waiver if applicable 4. Non-U. S. athlete paperwork if applicable 5. Agreement of compliance signed by all team members and coaches
ROSTER VERIFICATION PROCESS 1. Your roster will be checked against the roster that was certified by the bid-awarding event producer. 2. Your roster will be reviewed for compliance with the substitution / alternate rules as stated in the bid packet. 3. All documents for athletes who are not U. S. citizens, but participating on a U. S.-based team, will be reviewed. 4. Once verified by a Worlds official, the roster will be locked and considered your official event roster for Worlds and will be used during the athlete ID check prior to your team entering the warm-up room. 5. Changes made after this time must be reported to and verified by a Worlds official.
