Championship Shuttle Schedule
For Worlds hotel package attendees only. A Worlds lanyard is required to ride the Championship Shuttle buses.( Commuter participants and spectators with yellow lanyards are not permitted to use event transportation.)
• All Championship buses will shuttle from the following locations:
- Disney’ s All-Star Sports and Music Resorts- Celebrity Hall
- Disney’ s Coronado Springs Resort – Veracruz Porte Cochere( Convention Center)
• Please take note of opening times of venues on the daily schedule.
• Competing teams should plan to board a Championship shuttle bus at least one hour before their scheduled warm-up time. Shuttles run approximately every 15 – 20 minutes throughout the day between the ESPN Wide World of Sports ® Complex and Championship Hotels.
Friday, April 25, 2025 7am Buses begin shuttling to the Disney’ s Coronado Springs Resort. 9am Buses begin shuttling to the ESPN Wide World of Sports ® Complex. 3pm Last bus to ESPN Wide World of Sports ® Complex. 4pm Last bus to Disney’ s Coronado Springs Resort. 6:30pm Last bus from ESPN Wide World of Sports ® Complex to the Championship Hotels. 7pm Last bus from Disney’ s Coronado Springs Resort to the Championship Hotels.
Saturday, April 26, 2025 6:15 am Buses begin shuttling to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. 7am Buses begin shuttling to the Disney’ s Coronado Springs Resort. 8pm Last bus to ESPN Wide World of Sports ® Complex and Disney’ s Coronado Springs Resort. 10:30pm Last bus from Disney’ s Coronado Springs Resort to the Championship Hotels. 12:15am Last bus from ESPN Wide World of Sports ® Complex to the Championship Hotels.
