The following information is for teams on hotel packages staying at All-Star Music Resort.

HOTEL ROOM CHECK-IN Upon arrival, the main contact on the room reservation should check in for the group at the hotel’ s front desk. You will be given a physical key for room entry. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready AFTER 4pm. If arriving earlier, the hotel can store your luggage so that you may enjoy the day shopping, lounging by the pool or visiting a theme park. Note: We are not able to provide hotel confirmation numbers for this event.

ROSTER VERIFICATION, TEAM REGISTRATION

USASF Coaches Where: Celebrity Hall Complete roster verification before Worlds registration. Remember to schedule a roster verification appointment with your USASF Regional Director.

CELEBRATION PARTY WRISTBANDS, WATERPARK TICKETS, MEAL VOUCHERS If you purchased Celebration Party wristbands, waterpark tickets and / or meal vouchers under your athlete’ s registration, the coach will pick them up with your athletes credentials. Otherwise, commuter guests may pick up these items at Celebrity Hall during the hours at right. No appointment is necessary. Celebration Party wristbands are available for on-site purchase while supplies last. Credit cards only. No cash will be accepted

PARK HOPPER ® TICKETS Physical tickets are not provided. Ticket numbers were emailed once paid in full.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION Guests must arrange their own transportation to and from the airport. Mears Connect offers the following per person pricing:
