Warm-up Room Check-in: Coaches
WARM-UP ROOM ENTRY Access to the warm-up and backstage areas will be strictly limited to those listed on the official Worlds team roster. This includes:
• USASF / IASF eligible coaches, owners and / or choreographers. Each must present a coach ID card.
• One personnel member per team who must present a personnel ID card.
• Active and reserve athletes.
COACH REQUIREMENTS Entry to the warm-up room will only be granted to individuals on the Worlds team roster who meet the following criteria— NO EXCEPTIONS:
• Coaches must wear their Worlds lanyards while in the warm-up room.
• Coaches must present a valid USASF / IASF ID card.
• Coaches must be in good standing with the club they represent.
• Each USASF coach must have a current background check with a green light determination.
• Each IASF coach must have a current, pre-approved background check.
• Each coach on a Cheerleading Worlds roster must present a coach ID that includes one or both of the appropriate credentials. Collectively, the coach( es) on a team must have these credentials:
- Level 6 teams: credentialed through Level 6 in building and tumbling.
- Level 7 teams: credentials through Level 7 in building and 6 in tumbling.
- Non-tumbling teams: credentialed in building to the level of the team.
• Noncoaching club owners who meet membership eligibility requirements may enter the warm-up area with their team if they are accompanied by a coach who satisfies the credentialing criteria outlined above. However, they are strictly prohibited from coaching in the warm-up room.
• Coaches must recognize that they represent the USASF / IASF event producer that awarded their bid. They are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and graciousness at all times while representing the event producer.
WORLDS COACH LANYARD without Park Hopper ® Ticket
$ 180 8-days: April 21-28 ICU and Worlds admission
$ 90 4-days: April 25-28 Worlds admission only
• Provides entry for Worlds coaches into the competition venues only.
• Does not include a Park Hopper ® Ticket or admission to the theme parks.
• Lanyards are sold only to coaches from clubs participating in Worlds who: are listed on USASF Worlds team rosters; and meet the eligibility requirements for warm-up room access.
• Must be pre-ordered from USASF and collected in Orlando at All-Star Resorts- Celebrity Hall or Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center-Durango Room.
VIP & Coaches
Hospitality Room
The VIP & Coaches Hospitality Room is located on the lower level of the AdventHealth Arena’ s Northeast Pavilion. Access is exclusive to VIPs and coaches wearing their Worlds lanyards. Open Sunday and Monday, 10am – 9pm.
