Roster & Music Verification | Worlds Registration
ATTENTION COACHES
A coach from each team attending The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds must complete roster / music verification with a Worlds official. Remember to schedule your roster verification appointment with a USASF Regional Director or contact worlds @ IASFworlds. com.
Please proceed to the following location for your roster / music verification appointment, and then continue on to Worlds registration to collect your lanyards and other Championship materials.
USASF Coaches

IASF Coaches

ROSTER VERIFICATION PROCESS
• Your roster will be checked against the roster that was certified by the bid-awarding event producer.
• Your roster will be reviewed for compliance with the substitution / alternate rules as stated in the bid packet.
• All documents for athletes who are not U. S. citizens, but participating on a U. S.-based team, will be reviewed.
• Once verified by a Worlds official, the roster will be locked and considered your official event roster for Worlds and will be used during the athlete ID check prior to your team entering the warm-up room.
• Changes made after this time must be reported to and verified by your USASF Regional Director or by worlds @ IASFworlds. com.
MUSIC VERIFICATION PROCESS The music verification process requires that you:
• complete a form to declare that your music is copyright compliant, and
• show all applicable licenses and receipts as they pertain to your routine music.
Worlds Webinar Series
At least one coach from each Worlds team is required to watch each video in the Worlds webinar series:
1) Worlds Eligibility & Compliance; 2) Worlds Checklist; 3) Worlds On-Site Communications & Important Information; and 4) Worlds Competition Day.
