MaryAnn Rosolino came to World T.E.A.M. in
2010 as a volunteer. The Corporate Receptionist
Leader for American Portfolios Financial
Services, Rosolino has since helped coordinate
Sea to Shining Sea, CanAm Veterans’ Challenge,
Coastal Team Challenge and Colorado’s
Adventure Team Challenge. It is through her
annual volunteerism with Face of America
Gettysburg and Adventure Team Challenge
New York that she really changes lives.

Rosolino serves as team leader for the Face of America
adaptive veteran travel committee. This team contacts all
first-year adaptive athletes and arranges transportation,
a process that often requires numerous emails and
telephone calls to meet athlete requirements.
At Adventure Team Challenge New York, Rosolino
is a tireless volunteer, helping with the success of the
Catskills Mountains event. One year, she was surprised
when an adaptive athlete who didn’t like physical
contact reached out and embraced her for her support.
Rosolino herself recognizes that World T.E.A.M. plays
a big role in her life – her father served in the Marines
during the Korean War. She believes Post-Traumatic
Stress played a role when he later took his own life.
