The second text mentions as another disadvantage the ease of terrorists to communicate with each other because by providing anonymity among network users, they can plan their attacks on countries and nations without worrying about being tracked by the intelligence services, since it is more difficult to trace IP addresses than to trace letters or calls, this important data is omitted in the first text.
