Once we know what’s happening we can start talking about the different situations that the protestants lived.
On one side we have the cold hard facts, the story of how basic human rights were violated, and how it escalated. But not only the military forces attacked, obviously the protestants in their fight for democracy showed their rebellion burning things and screaming for freedom.
On the other hand there´s the undeniable longing for a better future represented in the little thing like poetry in the middle of a protest while his fellow civilians light the scene showing the human side which is bigger than any harm the government can inflict on the community.
In both cases there is the same objective. Just represented a polar opposites. This kind of movements need both sides to create a true impact on society and on the government.
Opinion: In this case we can argue a lot about the laws or rather the lack of. Because although we have always been taught to follow the rules there are some cases like this in which the rebellion, disorder, screaming and complaining are necessary, even if this actions causes some damage, unfortunately that kind of violent protests bring sometimes violent answers as same as the case of Sudan where the people suffered from gas to bullets just for “breach” the laws when they were looking for a good change, and most importantly for freedom. In this case we can see that the laws which protect the human rights(Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to mention an example) were omitted by their own government. So, how can the sudanese people can feel safe if the ones who should be looking after them is killing innocents who are asking for economic stability and access to their own money.
The duality in the fight for freedom freedom.
