EUROBAK Round Table with AIFC
EUROBAK organised a round table with the Astana
International Financial Center Court (AIFC Court) and the
International Arbitration Centre (IAC). ЕВРОБАК провел совместный круглый стол с Судом
Международного финансового центра «Астана» (Суд
МФЦА) и Международным арбитражным центром (МАЦ).
The meeting was dedicated to discussion of the legal
issues related to AIFC, updates on the AIFC General Legal
Framework, and cooperation with the business sector.
EUROBAK members had an excellent opportunity to address
their questions directly to The Lord Woolf CH, chief justice
of the AIFC Court and Barbara Dohnmann QC, chairman of
the AIFC Legal International Arbitration Centre. Встреча была посвящена обсуждению юридических во-
просов, находящихся в компетенции МФЦА, обновлений
в общей правовой базе МФЦА, и сотрудничества с биз-
несом. У участников встречи была уникальная возмож-
ность задать свои вопросы напрямую Лорду Вульфу,
Председателю Суда МФЦА, и Барбаре Доманн, предсе-
дателю МАЦ.
The meeting resulted in the signing of memorandums of
understanding between the AIFC Court, AIC and EUROBAK. Итогом встречи стало подписание меморандумов о вза-
имопонимании между МФЦА, МАЦ и ЕВРОБАК.
