Musical concerts organized in Nur-Sultan and Almaty were
dedicated to the 25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic
relations between Kazakhstan and Germany. Both concerts were organized by the Embassy and the
Consulate of Germany in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Siemens
employees attended concerts in Nur-Sultan and Almaty.
Music provides a way to show the cultural ties that connect
people of these countries. On February 11th the concert took place in Nur-Sultan. The
program included musical pieces from German and Kazakh
musicians. The anniversary concert, which took place in Almaty
was held on November 3rd. Amir Tebenikhin accompanied by
the State Academic Philharmonic orchestra of the Republic of
Kazakhstan performed a classical music program, which included
musical pieces of German and Kazakh classical musicians.
Also, the concerts were a great opportunity to promote
classical music among the general public, the entrance to
the performances being free of charge.
