The new Oil Insurance Company ’ s office corresponds to a certain corporate idea – it is cleverly planned and modernly built inside and designed . The office is a unique and welcoming space that both employees and visitors enjoy . World Monitor was curious to know the team ’ s vision for Oil Insurance Company that works in such a nonstandard place and the concept of work for V-Time Object Office that provided their professional contribution in engineering the office .
Moving to the new space was necessary for Oil Insurance Company because of the expansion concept for the company , with the desire to make comfortable working zones not only for clients , but more so for the back office .
The building for Oil Insurance Company office was heavily adapted for the company ’ s requirements . The construction was fully remodeled including the exterior and interior . Low ceilings , complex junctions and outdated types of the building structure were very difficult to inscribe into the modern office concept . However , rebuilding was successful by using unusual designing decisions .
Oil Insurance Company office has a very special use of colors and delimited working zones . They were mainly oriented to the corporate culture , type of business and internal brand book of client . Unusual solutions were used for decoration of the overall areas in the office , such as : steel ropes and fabricmade panels for staircases , neon signs , glass , moss , graffiti for the walls . The furniture in the office satisfies the modern and convenient design features and ecological standards .
Oil Insurance Company is guided by transparency principles and treats their clients with care . The use of the contrast combination of deep blue and pure white reflects this business transparency and genuine care .
At the welcome area – reception – apart from using corporate colors of blue and white , the atmosphere is topped up with the fresh green tone of living plants . The current modern conditions in the building allow for assimilation and growth of almost all the plants . An air humidification system is installed for the comfort of people in the building .
Since the office was intended mainly for the staff of Oil Insurance Company , rather than the clients , the main attention of designing the company was drawn to the business processes and the staffing schedule , the staff locomotion and ergonomics inside the space . This was
