HR digital and big data
Another HR Committee meeting offered HR Digital and
Big Data as a main theme to the attendees. During the
meeting, Roman Shchapov, senior expert on the devel-
opment of HR business applications at SAP company,
spoke on the practice of HR digital transformation.
The second guest speaker Anara Jaikbayeva, HR Analyst
of Air Astana, shared the experience of the airline re-
garding the HR Digital implementation.
Both speakers replied to questions from the audience
and participated in the overall discussion of the meeting.

чи, приглашенный спикер с компании SAP – Роман Ща-
пов, Старший эксперт по развитию HR бизнес-прило-
жений рассказал представителям бизнеса о практике
цифровой трансформации HR.
Гость-спикер Анара Джаикбаева, HR Аналитик в Air
Astana, поделилась опытом компании по внедрению
цифровых процессов в сфере HR.
Оба спикера ответили на вопросы аудитории и при-
няли участие в расширенном обсуждении результатов
