Let ' s create a better world for pets with Mars
Today most pet shelters need consistent support . The noble idea of helping pets already exists , but good intentions without competent support and funding will not create the right conditions for these all-too-easy-tooverlook small creatures .
In Kazakhstan , the idea of adopting pets is still gaining momentum .
The Mars social campaign aims to address these challenges by increasing the pet adoption rate and realizing Mars Vision of Creating a Better World for Pets by supporting shelters on a regular basis .
Currently the Mars social campaign includes the following :
• regular visits to shelters during special occasions .
• donations and hard works in shelters with Mars volunteers .
• promotion of pet adoption through special events , social media , influencers , websites .
Also , company associates organize adoption events together with shelters and provide new pet owners with " ready-to-go home " kits for each pet .
An important part of the Mars Mission is not only to raise awareness about pet shelters ' work , adoption programs and its ' maintenance , but also to support pet shelters in terms of administration . Thus , business trainings for shelters ' owners and knowledge exchange between shelters ' administration from different countries are organized on a regular basis .
