diverse range of business stakeholders effectively. The current position as Takeda’s Communication
& PR Manager for Asia-Caucasus Cluster involves managing internal and external communication,
development of CSR programs and change communication. She holds a master’s degree in Corporate
Communication and PR from The University of Leeds, UK.

Alexey Chernik is professional in Marketing and Brand management with more than 15 years of experience
in international FMCG companies. He has strong expertise in marketing strategy and brand development,
market&consumer research and team management. His wide experience and background allowed him to
lead marketing department and achieve substantive results. In Red Bull Kazakhstan Alexey runs Marketing
department, including brand, communications, event management and field marketing functions.
Malika Salimova

Malika graduated from Taylor`s University Lakeside Campus, the leading university in Malaysia.
Bachelor (Honours) of Interior Architecture. Immediately after graduating from university, Malika took
the position of project manager at Cumbre Construction. The company is the leading provider of services
in the construction of commercial real estate, the design and construction of commercial buildings in
Kazakhstan. In Malika’s portfolio of implemented projects in the field of fit out for clients such as Tengri
Bank, Al Hilal Bank, Nokia and many others. Managerial skills and accumulated experience allow Malika to
realize a project of any complexity, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Samat Jamayev

Samat Jamayev a graduate of the Aktau State University with a degree in Economics and Law and
MBA in Business Administration at the Almaty Management University. Since 2014, Samat has
been a member of the “PRshy” PR Professionals Club and in 2015-2019 he was a jury member,
expert or moderator at the International Students’ PR-Projects Contest, Central Asia Corporate
Mass Media Contest, International PR-Forum and Ak-Mergen PR-Projects Contest. In 2015, he
was recognised as “Blogger of the Year” by the Yvision (Kazakhstan) blog platform.

and sustain customer relationships and handle projects of any complexity. He also has a journalism
background that enables him to think critically, strategically and “outside the box.” Alisher’s areas of
interest include external communication, market analysis and brand management. He holds a master’s
degree in Corporate Communication and Public affairs from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK.
