My career spans over 35 years within
the international hospitality industry,
working for IHG, Hilton, Millennium
and Rixos. I have been traveling around
the world with great assignments in
Russia, Europe, Vietnam, Africa, Middle
East and Kazakhstan. Hospitality is all
about passion and the desire to make
each individual customer feel special,
welcome, cared for and generously
looked after. Today in our trade it is
all about authentic experiences and
unforgettable memories, coupled with
