Doniyorbek Zulunov is a Tax Partner at EY Kazakhstan. He has over 20 years of experience in providing
tax advisory services both for companies and individuals on various taxation and planning issues in
Central Asia. Doniyorbek specializes in international tax, tax due diligence and tax structuring projects
for local and international companies investing in Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries. He
was also involved in preparation of proposed amendments to Kazakhstan tax legislation. Doniyorbek is
a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, since 2001.

Aidyn Tairov joined Al Hilal Bank Kazakhstan at the opening of the bank in Kazakhstan in 2010. As a
member of the Management Board and Financial Director, he is responsible for the operation of the
Financial and Administrative Departments and for interaction with the regulatory and government
bodies. Prior to joining Al Hilal Bank, Aidyn Tairov worked as Financial Director and Deputy Chairman
of the Board in Demir Kazakhstan Bank, Citibank, and Nurbank, where he was responsible for financial,
managerial, and regulatory activities, treasury, and back office functions. He has extensive managerial
experience in finance, accounting, treasury, and information technology. Aidyn Tairov is a member of the
working group of the National Bank for Islamic Finance and one of the initiators and experts on making
changes in the terms of Islamic financing in the banking and tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Lolita Zakirova has over 19 years of practical experience in finance (including accounting, taxation,
internal audit and finance project management) and legal. Lolita specializes in the FMCG industry
within Central Asia countries (KZ, KG, TJ, UZ, TM and Mongolia). She has experience in preparation
and presentation of professional trainings for both taxation and internal audit spheres, has several
publications in the professional journal Taxes and Law in KG and was involved in preparation of
adjustments to KG tax legislation (as member of Expert Committee organized by Ministry of Finance
in KG). Lolita is CIPA as of 2007, Professional Accountant of KZ, member of Chamber of Professional
Accountants of the KZ, member of Academy of Professional Accountants and member of the UAA (KG).
Vyacheslav Sosnovskiy

Director/KPMG in Kazakhstan and Central Asia
Vyacheslav has more than 20 years of professional experience working in accounting and tax
consulting. Vyacheslav joined KPMG in Kazakhstan and Central Asia in 2007 providing a wide
range of tax services, including tax compliance, tax review, tax structuring, tax due diligence,
international taxation and taxation of oil and gas companies, and taxation under subsoil use
contracts. Currently Vyacheslav is leading M&A Tax and Transfer Pricing groups.
