This is our first issue of the year, traditionally
dedicated to business and investment. The
issue covers an exclusive interview with
Gulzhana Karagussova, Chairperson of the
Finance and Budget Committee of Majilis of
RK with details of changes to the Tax Code
as of 1 January 2019. Roman Vassilenko,
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the RK
and Sven-Olov Carlsson, Ambassador, Head
of the EU Delegation to the RK talk about
bilateral relations between EU and Kazakhstan,
investment figures and partnership strategy.
Invest to Kazakhstan section presents a joint
material by the Committee on Investments of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Akimat of Astana
and Astana Invest on new plans for attracting
investments to the regions of Kazakhstan and in
particular to Astana, execution and support for
investment projects and transformation of the
city’s environment.
