AIFC Court and IAC
The EUROBAK meeting with representatives of the Astana
International Financial Center (AIFC) Court took place in
Almaty. The main agenda of the meeting was to discuss
the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) Court and
the International Arbitration Centre (IAC), touching upon
benefits for European businesses operating in Kazakhstan
and the Eurasia region. The guest speakers who presented
the issues and answered questions on behalf of the AIFC
were Andrew Spink QC, AIFC Court Justice, and Christopher
Campbell-Holt, Registrar and Chief Executive, the AIFC Court
and International Arbitration Centre.

Встреча ЕВРОБАК с представителями Суда Международ-
ного финансового центра «Астана» (МФЦА) проводилась в
Алматы. Основной темой на повестке было обсуждение де-
ятельности Суда и Международного арбитражного центра
МФЦА, а также преимущества для Европейского бизнеса,
работающего в Казахстане и Евразийском регионе. Пред-
ставители МФЦА Эндрю Спинк (арбитражный Суд МФЦА) и
Кристофер Кэмпбел-Холт (Член Правового Консультатив-
ного Совета МФЦА, Регистратор Суда и Международного
арбитражного центра МФЦА) представили вышеуказан-
ные темы и ответили на вопросы присутствующих.
