Gordon Haskins

Gordon has more than 25 years of experience in banking and law . Prior to joining AHBK in November 2016 , Gordon was Country Executive , Chairman of the Management Board , and member of the Board of Directors of RBS Kazakhstan for 3 years and previously – Chief Operating Officer for the DCM & derivatives business for the EMEA region . He worked with RBS Group for over 13 years , having also been Managing Director in Regulatory Developments and Head of Transaction Execution in the Secured Corporate Debt business . Gordon started his career as a lawyer , working for nearly 12 years in both London ( with Clifford Chance ) and Canada ( with Davis & Co , now DLA Piper ). He holds a bachelor ' s degree in history and politics from the University of British Columbia and a law degree from the University of Toronto .

Erlan supervises a variety of EY projects in the region , most of which are aimed at public sector reforms , including development of infrastructure , cleantech , regional integration , tax and customs administration as well as many others . Assel Khairova is the senior partner for KPMG in Kazakhstan and Central Asia , responsible for KPMG business operations and brand promotion in the region . Having started her career in 1997 , Assel has spent 21 years within the KPMG Network ; substantially in Kazakhstan and two years in London . Assel ’ s diverse functional , industry and geography experiences enable promotion of the best international practices tailored to the Kazakhstani environment in relation to regulatory matters , enhancement of the investment climate , business operations and people management . Assel has a strong international mindset supporting integrated transformational initiatives for the benefit of staff , clients and public .
Olga Voronova

Olga Voronova started at Procter & Gamble in 2009 in South Ukraine as Sales District Manager . She proceeded to a position of National Accounts Team Leader in 2012 . In August 2013 Olga moved to Procter & Gamble Russia into Commercial Operations Sector , covering Eastern Europe region and Central Asia Republics . She works in the position of Country Manager Central Asia Republics ( Procter & Gamble Kazakhstan ) from August 2017 until present . Olga holds Diploma in International Economics from Odessa State Economics University , Business certificate with Honors from Neosho County Community College ( Chanute , Kansas , USA ), certifications from professors of Central European University ( CEU ) and Ivey Business School ( Western University , Canada ).
Traian Laurentiu Hristea
EUROBAK Honorary Board Member , Ambassador , Head of the EU Delegation to the Republic of Kazakhstan
Ambassador Traian Laurenţiu Hristea is a Romanian diplomat , who has been seconded to the European External Action Service . Through his successive assignments , Mr Hristea served in the capacity of the director of Directorate Enlarged Europe and Republic of Moldova ( CIS countries ), Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Romania to Ukraine , the director of the Directorate for Prognosis and Policy Planning at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc . Before arriving to Kazakhstan , he served as the Head of the European Union Delegation to Armenia in 2011 – 2015 . Ambassador Hristea has the PhD in international relations , OVIDIUS University , Romania . He fluently speaks English , Russian , French , Mongolian and Italian .
Julie Kussidi

Julie started her career working for a European company . She has worked in various sectors including the quality and verification control programme with the Customs Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan , the oil & gas industry during times of massive privatization in Kazakhstan , and banking . As of November 1999 , she has been in charge of the Secretariat Office of the European Business Association of Kazakhstan , working closely with the government of Kazakhstan . In this role with EUROBAK , she also works with European companies present and those planning to do business and invest in Kazakhstan . Her role also includes working with embassies represented in Kazakhstan as well as Kazakhstan embassies in other countries and the Delegation of the European Commission in Kazakhstan . She also works with various charity and business associations and chambers of commerce in Kazakhstan and worldwide .
