Chingiz Kaskeyev is a Government Affairs and Regulation Director at Efes Kazakhstan. He has 10 years’
experience in corporate affairs in FMCG sector: he started his career in 2008 at British American Tobacco
Kazakhstan as a Corporate Affairs Manager, later he was promoted to the Corporate Affairs Director
position. In 2012 he joined Efes Kazakhstan, holding the above mentioned position till present. Besides
Eurobak Chingiz represents the Company at the Kazakhstan Foreign Investors Council Association, Public
Council under the Ministry of Finance etc. He is a certified GRI specialist.

Alima Issembayeva is Central Asia Public Affairs and Communications Director at Coca-Cola Icecek. CCI
produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of the Coca-Cola Company in more than 10
countries. Alima obtained Bachelor degree of Public Relations, Kazakh National University and Master
Degree of International Public Relations, Cardiff University, UK. With more than 10 years’ experience
Alima has been involved in developing and execution of marketing and communications strategies for
FMCG sector and Governmental institutions, covering areas of Public Relations, Government Affairs and
Corporate Communications.

Pavel Salikhov has an extensive experience in Corporate Affairs and Communications with major
international development, Oil & Gas and FMCG companies. He has started career with Mars in 2012
focusing on building corporate reputation, engaging industry and stakeholder relations, and supporting
Mars nurturing corporate culture internally. Pavel supports Eurobak FMCG Committee Executive Team
on taxation and customs issues, technical regulations, extended producer responsibility, marketing and
adverting restrictions, and other actions taken by the Committee.

Ramstore Kazakhstan / Commercial Director
Önder Kılıç is Commercial Director of Ramstore Kazakstan. He Graduated from Food Engineering and
is responsible at Ramstore for the marketing, procurement and quality control departments. He has 19
years of experience in the retail sector. He worked for international companies and joined Ramstore in
2017. Önder is intended to contribute to the development of the FMCG industry in Kazakhstan.
