Global HR Trends
Member of EUROBAK HR Committee’s Executive team and
Senior Manager of Deloitte Maria Lyubushkina presented
results of the research ‘Global HR Trends’ by Deloitte to
EUROBAK members. Kazakhstan took part in this research
for the first time. During the presentation Maria highlighted
the main trends of future HR, the future of employees and
the future of the organisations.

Мария Любушкина, член исполнительной команды HR-
комитета ЕВРОБАК и старший менеджер Deloitte, пред-
ставила участникам встречи результаты исследования
«Глобальные тренды в сфере управления персоналом»,
в котором впервые участвовал Казахстан. В ходе пре-
зентации Мария рассказала о трех основных тематиче-
ских группах, выявленных в ходе исследования: будущее
персонала, будущее организаций и будущее HR.
