Chingiz Kaskeyev is a Government Affairs and Regulation Director at Efes Kazakhstan. He has
10 years experience in corporate affairs in FMCG sector: he started his career in 2008 at British
American Tobacco Kazakhstan as a Corporate Affairs Manager, later he was promoted to the
Corporate Affairs Director position. In 2012 he joined Efes Kazakhstan, holding the abovementioned
position till present. Besides EUROBAK Chingiz represents the company at the Kazakhstan Foreign

than 10 countries. Alima obtained Bachelor degree of Public Relations, Kazakh National University
and Master Degree of International Public Relations, Cardiff University, UK. With more than 10 years
experience Alima has been involved in developing and execution of marketing and communications
strategies for FMCG sector and governmental institutions, covering areas of public relations,
government affairs and corporate communications.

Alexandr Mendybayev started his career in 2003 at Center Credit Bank as a lawyer, later he joined
local and international companies (ALPROF (aluminum production), Global Home Real Estate (real
estate business in KZ/UAE), Kagazy Trading (paper production), KPMG (Big Four audit company)
as a lawyer, senior lawyer, administrative director and in-house lawyer. In 2010 he joined METRO
Cash and Carry LLP in Kazakhstan as a Head of Legal and Compliance. Besides EUROBAK Alexandr
represents the Company at the Kazakhstan Foreign Investors Council Association, AmCham, AHK
(German Economy Agency in Central Asia), Supply Chain Union in KZ.

Nina Neboga is a Lawyer at Pernod Ricard Kazakhstan, the company which is an importer of alcoholic
beverages. Nina obtained Specialist and then Master Degree of Law, Karaganda State University.
She has more than 7 years experience of legal issues in FMCG sector. She started her carreer at
Japan Tobacco International and in 2018 joined to Pernod Ricard Kazakhstan. Nina is responsible
for legal and corporate affairs functions of the company. Besides EUROBAK Nina represents the
company at France-Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
