Children's fitness
Children's fitness is aimed at the comprehensive harmonious development of the child,
which has its own characteristics at each age, but the main aspects remain
the same - health, education and upbringing.
In the children's club World Class Almaty, children, ages 14
months to 16 years, are provided with a wonderful opportunity
to get acquainted with the world of fitness. The main goal of the
children's club is promoting good health, developing versatility
physically, and creating interest in education. Coaches know all
the children well, and become mentors and friends for them.
The schedule of young athletes is so tight that it can be said
that their children's sports life is not at all different from
that of an adult. Organization of group classes, personal
training, classes in the pool – this is only part of the activities
carried out in the children's club World Class Almaty. Sports
sections, dance studios, special creative circles, educational
programmes, sports events and competitions, themed
holidays, festivals, summer camp, and New Year celebration –
all reflect the bright and eventful life of the World Class Almaty
children's club.
All the children are divided into groups, because fitness
programs are specially designed by taking into account the
age characteristics of children: from 14 months to 3 years
old, 'Challengers' 3-5 years old, 'Fidgets' 6-8 years old, 'Juniors'
9-12 years old, and 'Teenagers' 13-16 years old. We know

that the good 6-year-old child does not quite fit a 13-year-
old teenager’s stage of life and development. The process
of teaching children under the age of 8 also has its own
difficulties, since the level of physical development at this
time is different for everyone and the trainer should create
a programme of training that suits each child’s stage. For
