Finland

Finland have a lots of woods. Finland is Europe's most forested country. About 70% of the land is covered with trees. Finland belongs in taiga. Most important trees are Scots pine, Norway spurce and birch. Forests are still natural in the sense that hardly any non-native trees have been planted.

Finland’s forests are carbon sink, removing annually carbon dioxide from the atmosphere about 30 million. This amount compensated 40% of the carbon emission from Finland’s industry per year.
