Global warming
Global warming is a term for observed century-scale rise in the average temperature of the earth's climate system and its related systems. Over 50 years global temperature has increased at the fastest rate in recorded history. Global warming occurs when carbon dioxide and other air pollutions and greenhouse gasses collect in the atmosphere and sunlight and solar radiation that have bounced off the earth's surface.
