2Heads developed a global experiential campaign to showcase Airbus Employment-Marketing as an employer of choice to the global gaming community at GamesCom .
A theatre-style set with staging and audience arena played host to a memorable and exciting show . The open space feel allowed the recruitment team to directly interact with visitors and encouraged passers-by to get involved with the activities . A rich daily experience schedule in collaboration with Airbus and OOB included a range of activations , games ,
talks and interviews throughout each show day . To impress a digitally savvy community , 2 Heads put the setup on show with full light and sound decks , 90 ” screens , livestream setup and caster-control monitors . 2Heads tracked analytics and captured ROI data on signups / the audience were invited to participate to populate their own socialmedia feed and start conversations about inclusivity with virtual visitors . Messaging was re-shared after each physical event as virtual conversations continued .
