start learning the importance of each group of the food pyramid: fruit and vegetables, fish and meat, carbohydrates,dairy products, and fats and oil. They are also taught which of these groups are the healthiest and the unhealthiest ones. As a matter of fact, they learned that cooking can be fun by preparing some delicious snacks for themselves.
