EXTRAORDINARY GIRLS • Develop and implement a funding strategy
to support the financial assistance
program.
Objective: Progress:
• The School is committed to attracting,
admitting, and retaining a diverse
population of girls, regardless of financial
circumstances, who will embrace and
shape the unique opportunity of a CHS
education. • Crofton House is one of the first
independent schools in Canada to have
clearly identified financial assistance
as a strategic priority. In October 2015,
a Board Committee was established
and the work of this group and others
has enabled Crofton House to welcome
the first beneficiaries of the financial
assistance program to the Senior School
in September 2017.
Strategies:
• Develop and implement an entrance
financial assistance program that
supports each girl as a full participant
in the community regardless of financial
circumstances.
• Develop and implement programs to
attract girls from a more economically
diverse applicant pool.
