We are proud to be a member of the Leather Working Group( LWG), an organization that promotes sustainable and responsible leather manufacturing. By partnering with LWG-certified tanneries, we ensure reduced environmental impact, improved traceability, and better working conditions throughout our leather supply chain.
Auclair places strong importance not only on material selection but also on choosing timeless, cross-generational colors to encourage product longevity. The brand is proactively aligning with upcoming European Green Deal and ESPR regulations, aiming for full compliance ahead of the 2030 enforcement. By increasing the number of carry-over styles, Auclair improves quality control, reduces waste, and supports more efficient inventory management for partners.
All new Auclair products are made with sustainable insulation: PrimaLoft ® or Eco Thinsulate™. These high-performance materials offer warmth, durability, and breathability while reducing environmental impact. They’ re crafted using recycled fibers, helping us move towards a greener future— without compromising on performance.
We only use responsibly sourced down and wool. All our feather and wool products are certified by the Responsible Down Standard( RDS) or Responsible Wool Standard( RWS), ensuring animal welfare and transparent, traceable supply chains. Better for animals, better for the planet.
Derived from sustainably harvested guayule plants, Yulex provides a renewable, non-petroleum-based solution that significantly reduces environmental impact. It offers similar stretch, durability, and performance characteristics to neoprene, making it an ideal choice for environmentally conscious skiers. For FW26 collection, we are planning to switch 100 % of our neoprene cuff to Yulex ® on new and carry over styles.
Some of our products are certified under the Oeko-Tex ® Standard 100, meaning they are tested for harmful substances and made in environmentally and socially responsible facilities. It’ s one more way we ensure safety— for our customers and for the world around us.
