There are many ways that one can satisfy themselves everyday by simply adding in activities one enjoys, for the brightening of their day. Throughout a busy day one may want a couple reasons to smile and have a way to connect to themselves for any amount of time. Many women in the world include activities in their day that involve things they love, things that they get inspired by and things that can bring them inner joy. I personally provide moments that can brighten my day various times amongst my 24 hour days. For instance, I enjoy biking and I try to bike at least once a day. I like this because I feel as if I am running. With more speed and with the same workout gaining strength which makes me happy because I am strengthening my muscles and having fun. While I bike, I listen to music that relaxes me and also inspires me to keep biking and to bike further and faster than I had last. After a bike ride, I feel rejuvenated, I tend to become more connected to myself and the situations I'm dealing with.
