Over the three weeks I learnt a variety of skills and completed an array of tasks. In the showroom I worked alot with product in which I unpacked, hung, steamed and them merchandised. They had to be on specific hangers so i had to learn which were used for which department. I also had to use me technical skills as i was asked to recover back boards to new season colours and patterns. I was also asked to apply vinyl to plinths and windows. When in stores I focused alot on standards. There were specific folds for different styles of garments. I had to learn this an implement it to a high standard. I changed alot of mannequins and updated lots of windows and tables around stores. This allowed me to work creatively with the product.
