EVENT COMMITTEES
Community Awards Gala plans the annual January Gala honoring a business , citizen , educator , public safety worker and nonprofit of the year nominated from the community . The evening is also a fundraiser for the Chamber and the event offers a silent and live auction , entertainment and dinner .
Woodbury Community EXPO plans the annual Spring community event . Participants showcase their businesses and organizations to the community at this family event , which includes entertainment , food and demonstrations by exhibitors . The EXPO is a great way to connect commerce and community !
Scholarship Golf Tournament plans the annual golf outing , which is held in early June , and raises scholarship funds for local area high school seniors pursuing higher education . Two scholarships are dedicated toward students pursuing a certificate or trade school education .
Kickball plans the annual member kickball tournament held in mid- September . The committee is responsible for creating a fun , active event which encourages multiple participants from each member organization to attend .
