Albert Lee: Promoted to Director from General Manager
Albert joined Wong Fong as a sales & service coordinator in 1988. He gathers information and
knowledge on new products and ensures that these vital information are accurately related to the
sales and service team in Wong Fong for effective sales communication and post-sales services. He
also does regular information exchanges with our partners to ensure effective collaborations. In view
of his promotion, Albert describes his new position as a continuation of his existing role, but he looks
forward to the new challenges to come. Congratulations Albert!

Chia Kah Lam: Promoted to General Manager from Deputy General Manager
Starting as a humble apprentice in the Wong Fong workshop over 30 years ago, Mr Chia has
since worked at every department in the workshop, learning welding skills, setting up the workshop as
well as doing the sales and trading of Palfinger cranes. Today, he strives to continuously improve work
processes by experimenting on new methods of working. Congratulations on your promotion!
从学徒做起，Chia 转眼已在黄芳做了三十多年。曾在工厂的个个部门都做过的他，
一路从学习基本技能如烧焊，到设立工作间，做销售，到后来买卖起重机。今天，他持
续尝试新的工作方式，研发新机器，致力于不断改进工厂里的工作流程。祝愿你在新的
